Shahryar is a high-tech Controlled Environment Agriculture agronomist who has managed commercial tomato and soft-fruit production in Japan, the Gulf and Sweden, on sites from 3 to 10 hectares. He consults globally, providing agronomic and operations support under TSR Consultants.

Years on the floor optimising the crop and the operation to deliver profit for the business highlighted one clear reality. Good data is critical to understanding how the crop is doing, and how inputs and outputs balance towards bottom-line profitability.
